Is it free to join?+
Yes — joining as a MODC+ affiliate is completely free, and always will be.
How do I get paid?+
Commissions are held for a 14-day pending period after each sale. Once approved, earnings accumulate until they reach the $50 AUD minimum payout threshold, at which point they become eligible for withdrawal. Payouts are processed via bank transfer or PayPal.
How long does approval take?+
Most applications are reviewed within 24 hours.
Can I promote more than one product?+
Yes — every approved affiliate can promote any active MODC+ product.
Do you provide marketing materials?+
Yes — every product includes a full marketing kit: images, video scripts, email copy, social captions and more. You can access everything from your affiliate dashboard.
What if a customer refunds?+
If a customer refunds within the product's refund window, the associated commission is reversed. Commissions that are still in the 14-day pending period are cancelled automatically. Already-paid commissions may be deducted from future earnings.
What payment processor do you use?+
MODC+ products are sold through Stripe and Digistore24 depending on the product. Your affiliate tracking and commissions are handled automatically by this platform regardless of which processor is used.
Can I use paid advertising?+
Yes, with some restrictions. You may not bid on MODC+ brand terms or product names in paid search ads without written approval. All other paid advertising channels (social, display, native) are welcome.
Do commissions apply to recurring subscriptions?+
For products that offer recurring billing, commissions are paid on every renewal for as long as the customer stays subscribed — as indicated by the recurring commission badge on the product page.
