Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is a working draft and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. It will be finalised before the platform accepts public sign-ups.

MODC+ (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the MODC+ Partner Platform. This policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information we collect

When you register for an account we collect your name and email address. If you apply as an affiliate partner, we also collect your payment details (bank account or PayPal) for commission payouts. When you use the platform we automatically collect click tracking data, referral attribution data, IP addresses, and browser information through cookies and server logs.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the affiliate platform, track referrals and sales, calculate and pay commissions, communicate with you about your account, prevent fraud, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-party sharing

We share information with third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Digistore24 (checkout and payment processing). Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies and only receives the minimum information needed to perform their service.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use a referral attribution cookie (“modc_ref”) that stores an affiliate code for up to 30 days to track which affiliate referred a visitor. This cookie is necessary for the core function of the affiliate platform and cannot be disabled while using the service.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at partners@modcplus.com. If you are located in the EU, UK, or Australia, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or the Australian Privacy Act respectively, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial reporting obligations.
