1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the MODC+ Partner Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Use of the platform
The MODC+ Partner Platform is provided for the purpose of promoting MODC+ products as an approved affiliate partner. You agree to use the platform lawfully, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt to access areas or data you are not authorised to access.
3. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
4. Intellectual property
Marketing assets provided through the platform (images, copy, video scripts, logos) are licensed for your use in promoting MODC+ products only. You may not resell, sublicense, or use them for any other purpose. All MODC+ trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the property of MODC+.
5. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. MODC+ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost commissions due to technical issues, downtime, or tracking discrepancies. Our total liability is limited to the commissions actually earned and owed to you.
6. Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance.
